Birmingham Alabama Snow in March

Well, I know compared to a lot of the world this isn't much, but for those of here in Birmingham, Alabama... It's a "Winter Storm" (please hold the laughter)

I went out and took some pictures and thought they might be fun to share. Any of my Alabama friends please feel free to add any of your photos in the comments section. Also, why don't you share some of the "Snowy Day" activities you had today.

That poor little "Welcome" frog needs to get some clothes on! I guess he hasn't heard the forecast that there is still a chance of more snow today here in Alabama.

Snow in March. What fun in Birmingham, Alabama.

Alabama friends, don't forget to share your pics and activities of this wintery day in March!

Glad you got photos to capture your SNOW STORM. Phew! Hope you stocked up on groceries, water, etc. Sure wouldn't have wanted to go out in that mess!           <3

I wish that was the type of snow we've seen this winter.  Our record books for Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin show over 90 inches! We've just been buried.  Haven't seen green grass in MONTHS.  SInce I'm not from your area I won't post.... but last month I had snow up past my knees - walking my Golden Retriever in that was a challenge, but boy was it good for a workout - it was like walking thru water past your knees....Have a great spring.

Stephen~Happy snow fall for everybody in Alabama! As I was reading and you said not to laugh, I was already giggling (slightly) because of that incredible snow fall you have had. I'll bet the snow plows were working overtime. LOL. Have a wonderful week my friend!

Steven - enjoy the snow, this wewk we had so much rain that there was flooding in some areas, yes our snow was washed away.

Great pictures, Stephen!  I wish we had received just a "little" snow this year!  There was one day that it pretended to snow but that was it.  Stay warm!

I didn't even hear about it on the news. I like snow, just not lots of it.
