Kent,

The photo in that Daily Star article caught my attention, as did the green gunk in the open swimming pool. How did this go for you? Do you have any new clients as a result? Enquiring minds want to know.

We're doing a bus tour this weekend... but this time to show new homes that are priced sufficiently to allow cash flow... in other words- costs are below the going rental rate.

Mike - Yes, that green gunk is an attention getter! I am not involved in the foreclosure bus tour--just like supporting the guys in my office because their idea is a good one. So far, they are being pretty coy, but have heard that there are at least 2 in escrow and a few waiting for bank approval.

Chuck - that's the market I like to look for!
