Hi Lauren, I joined about a month ago after hearing about it at a Keller Williams National Conference (Family Reunion).  I learned so much from that conference but picked two or three things I wanted to focus on and Active Rain was at the top of the list.  I hope referrals come, but really I like to chat about real estate (and I watch a ton of HGTV too!) and Active Rain has been great for that.  There are some awesome agents/people in this network and just reading will give you great ideas.  Good luck to you!

     Welcome to the rain.  We are happy to have you here.  I have only been active for 2 weeks and I just love it.  There are so many nice and helpful people here.  I posted yesterday about changing the clocks and said it the wrong way, I died laughing at some of the first posts I read from it, they were all so nice even though I was so wrong....I went ahead and fixed my post, but it really was funny.  I don't know what in the world I was thinking,although I wasn't focused while writing it because my 5 year old granddaughter is here and she was sitting on my lap.  So, don't worry- you will have fun and learn so much in here. Just jump on in!
