Stony Brook is a really beautiful neighborhood of relatively newer homes.  The developers left a lot of trees, the streets are curved and there are several man made lakes scattered throughout.  This area is located in the south western end of Sylvania.  Very close to shopping and schools.  There are approximately 151 homes in Stony Brook.
