I have been working with Agents for 6 years helping them put together marketing plans to better sell themselves and the properties they represent, now that I am a full time REALTOR I have been reviewing these proposals and talking to many of my former clients and I've found that there is something missing when the agents wrap everything up and present it to prospective sellers. I have a listing appointment scheduled for next week with a friend of the family that is looking to sell a million dollar home and I know how internet savy his kids are and he's in the entertainment industry, so just knowing me is not going to be enough to get the listing, I'm going to have to wow him into submission with a proposal that rocks, I'm getting great advice from many formaer clients that are top agents in their region on what I should include in the proposal, since I'm a new agent although I have many years of marketing experience under my belt they are advicing me to use some of the standard stuff that has been around for a while a list of these points is below. There are many templates out there which I can use, but I really feel thats its time to take the listing/marketing proposal to the next level. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated and I will reciprocate in kind....
