Looking to retire back to HI. Lived on oahu 20 years. Interested in Big Island.

Need to know if Hawaiian Oceon View Estates is located in what type of zone according to volcano stats.

Also, is there an estate fee annually etc.? Please let us know  as our property here in AZ. is now up for

sale.

Saw a listing on line  # 196196 ...looked interesting.

How is the atmosphere according to the health dept. been due to the new eruption ?

My husband, Frank would like to know all about the catchment ...water ...storage ...filtration  info.!
