Charlottesville Land

Today I got to do one of my Favorite things and that is to show land in the Charlottesville area.

My day started with meeting up with some friends and clients. After talking for a short time we all jumped into my truck and went out to see several lots in our area. These parcels varied from 2-5+ acres as we are looking for the perfect private place to build a home.

This process started wilth searching for properties on my website which shows all Charlottesville Real Estate. Then after my clients selected the area they preferred we narrowed it down to 5 or 6 properties.

Then we got to see the area and drive and walk (in the rain) several places.

What a great job I have, working with nice people, walking in the fresh air and helping them to build a dream home.

More updates to follow as I believe we will be building soon!

Charles, ahh... real estate can be so satisfying.  Helping good people build their dreams.

Walking in the fresh air sounds great.  Unfortunately, we don't have as much of it here in Northern Virginia.  I spent my afternoon on condo balconies overlooking highways...

Oh, for the smell of spring.  The sounds of the birds waking us up in the morning .  I'm ready!  Looks like a great place to build a home.

Charles, I agree with you except I enjoy inspecting a home that is out in the country on some acreage. Nice pix.

I have always enjoyed working with people to find a nice piece of land to build a new home. Unfortunately there is not too much good land up here in MASS anymore. The picture looks fantastic!

I'd bet you all were tempted to get out the red checkered cloth and have a picnic.  Wow. What a wonderful area you live in!

Charles:  Isn't life grand in this business--the wonderful folks we meet and work with, the beautiful scenery and the fact that no two transactions are alike!  Awesome photo too!

I agree with all the comments already given about how beautiful the area is and how great your job is.  One thing that really caught my attention about your post was how you said "I believe we will be building soon!"  That shows just how committed you are to your clients and how you become a team with them!  Really cool attitude!

Charles...Even when it rains, we live in a great place.  Needing the rain as much as we do I can't help smiling when I see it.  It's about as good as looking at your picture.

Congratulations.

Charles:  Now that's a great day.... Nothing can compete than getting out of the office, and walking land  with clients. BTW, your photo looks a bit like my neck of the woods.... made me feel right at home.   Hope you have a great week!

What a beautiful shot of green.  Arizona land is a bit on the brown side but I love the year round sun.  You're lucky to be around all of the green but I would hate to cut that yard.
