HELP!!!!! I Have Bloggers Block

By
Real Estate Agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers
I never thought I would be at a loss for words.  I am hoping to get better at blogging as the days go by but for the last few days I have had nothing to blog about.  What is wrong with me?  Has this ever happened to you?  I would like something of substance to blog about.  I feel I do not have any good advice or anything of importance to say.  Wow I am finally at a loss for words.  Please help AR.  Is this what is meant by "bloggers block"?

Go out into the field and get moving on your transactions and/or business.

You'll find something to write about in a few days.

I keep a list.  Sometimes I'm just full of ideas.  Other times, I just cannot think of anything.  When I find myself inspired, I'll work on the list or even write a few articles that may or may not make the cut for the blog.  I hope that helps you!

Sonya - we do a lot of Localism posts. These show up well in the search engines and help drive business to your website. For a list of ideas on what to post, check out this list from ActiveRainer Mary McKnight:

Also, there is a group called Localism Success & Accountability - they post topic ideas every week and issue challenges to the members.

I've started taking my camera with me everywhere. There are soooo many things to blog about in your hometown. Good Luck!

Hi Sonya,

No such thing....or so I'm told. Like Debbie I make a list, but sometimes I have a hard time getting the words out. Which is kinda funny because I'm never at a loss for words. I find it easier to write when I don't try to...you know what I mean? Best of luck! :)

Don't go crazy. Read the local newspaper.  Look for upcoming events and take some pictures of them. Go out and take some photos of individual neighborhoods. Right now you might talk about spring and events that are coming for St.Patrick's day etc.  I try to keep a list going.  I have more ideas than I have time.

This does occur. And I think most of us have experienced going through this phase. This too shall pass.
