Well a little dancing will tell you how out of shape you are.  We had a blast!!! About 100 people attended and a good time wa had by all.  Nothing beats the good old time music.  I thought I was in good shape, but when  I couldn't keep up with a good friend and she's 87, I know I need to change my exercise routine.  Even those who can't dance anymore enjoy the LIVE music that is so hard to find.  If you haven't tried it before...seek it out.  More fun than you can imagine!
