Lombard Way is a development within the planned community of Ewa Gentry in Ewa Beach, Hawaii (makes up part of tax map key 191).

Single Family homes: Both sales volume and average sales price has remained steady in Lombard Way compared to the previous 12 month cycle.  The month of February in both of the last two years showed no closed sales of resale homes.  There is a lot of new home construction in the area competing with the resale market, along with a large amount of resale inventory in the neighboring communities.  With the inventory levels at a low level, prices may begin to climb a little.

Very clear and easy-to-follow reports for consumers in your area.  Not many agents bother to do this, let alone do it so well!

It's good news with a little bitter isn't it? Great that numbers are up. I still believe by the end of the year we'll see prices flatten and begin their normal return to appreciation.

Ken - That particular neighborhood has a lot of new construction in the area, so their numbers may not reflect what is happening in other parts of the island.  I do track it because it is close to the military bases I service and is information I get asked for on a regular basis.
