Internet is a Powerful Marketing Tool

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Ark-La-Tex Virtual Media

As a Shreveport and Bossier City Louisiana area Virtual Tour Company, Ark-La-Tex Virtual Tours is constantly finding new ways to augment our virtual tour business. One area which we have expanded into is website design.

We found that once our Realtors started using virtual tours, they realized the power of the internet for marketing and wanted a customized website that fulfilled their vision and marketing needs. The virtual tours and the website together, became a powerful tool for Realtors to reach a market that extends well beyond the reach of their Sunday paper.

What makes Ark-La-Tex Virtual Tours attractive to our clients is that we are locally owned and operated in the Shreveport and Bossier City area.  Our websites just like our virtual tours are professionally produced locally.

We are not a "do it yourself" virtual tour or website provider located in another state.  Our clients desire personal contact and service at the local level.  We have also found that our clients don't have the time or desire to create a lower quality product for themselves.

We are very excited about our latest project that is nearing completion.

This dynamic realtor website is very user friendly and database driven. This means the customer only has to log into their secure section of the website and fill out forms and the information populates everywhere throughout the site. The customer does not have to be a web designer to update information on their website.  You can see this web site at: http://smartmovesla.com/.

Other examples of our work can be seen at: http://www.thevirtualtourpeople.com/.

We strive to make our websites as enjoyable and easy to use as Real Tour Vision has succeeded in making virtual tours fun and easy to use.

I stopped doing virtual tours  a few months ago. It seemed I cared more about them than the sellers did. It created one more unnessary step, and many of them were critical of the tour.

We suggest agents use virtual tours for themselves not just the sellers.  The main mission of the virtual tour is to promote interest in the listing via the Internet. A quality interactive 360 degree virtual tour should show the property for the agent and  provide buyers with info (MLS, home features, city, schools) about the listing.  Look for a professional virtual tour provider that also offers Internet marketing solutions to gain maximum exposer for the listing. This utilization of  the tour allows buyers to prescreen the property.

By using a professional virtual tour provider this frees up the agent's precious time to be used in selling properties. All virtual tours are not created equal.  Don't give up!
