Here are numbers for February 2008 regarding the real estate activity in Littleton, Colorado.
As of March 1st, there were 662 Active Littleton homes for sale.
Of those Active Listings, 220 were new listings.
181 homes in Littleton went Under Contract in February and 71 homes sold & closed.
Littleton homes for sale in February ranged from $115,000 to $3,940,000 and then there was one more very high end property above that at $6,500,000.
