The majority of agents now have a personal website.  I would like to find out what part of your personal site is generating the most leads for you.  Another way to ask the question, how do you generate business from your site?  Do you target FSBO's, Sellers, Buyers, Expired's, Investors, etc.  What part of your site puts cold hard cash in your pocket?

I plan on updating my site and trying to find out what sections are the most important.

I've been learning that key words are one of the most important things.  Somebody has to be interested in order for them to even open your site.  My website is still in the works.

I don't use mine to generate leads, I use mine to solidify them.  I refer EVERYBIODY to my website.  Casual floor calls to clients I'm working with right now.  I pay nothng for placement but actually have pretty good placement because people use my site.  Our mls Intermountain MLS cover s huge area so I tell people they can search from Twin Falls Idaho to Harper Oregon (about 200 miles) on my website.  What has put the cold hard cash into my pocket is that they use my site and feel comfortable with me before we start looking seriously.  I don't access their info unless they want me to so looking is easy and pain free for them.

We are really just beginning to get some good contacts from our web site.  We have been getting a both sellers and buyers.  Still learning the whole key word placement.

The 1st and most important thing on your site is the IDX search, if you don't have a good one than the site is nothing more than an online business card.
