Well. Gilroy has 432 homes currently on the market. In february, there were 17 closed sales.The Median price of a home in Gilroy went for $691,229 and the Average price opf a home went for $520,000.
The homes that were sold recieved and average of 93.36% of their asking price.
There are currently 39 homes Pendng Sale, with an average List Price of $672,415 and a Median List Price of $595,000.
