I've been some days out of the AR blog, and I admited I'd been very busy.

I did not feel bad for not commenting and posting  after I read Carole Provenzale's post. If you missed it follow this link " When-LIFE-Takes-Over".

When many of my co-workers complain about RE being slow I have nothing else to say how good is doing for me. Many calls and contact leads from the AR, even one to West Palm Beach scheduled for this upcoming March 18th.

More new listings, more rentals, more price reductions and one Pending transaction  was lost.

Advertising bi-monthly and targeting specific areas ( farming market reports) keeps me updating data and last sales prices in the area.

Invitations received to join Qassia between other events.

Two new business oportunities, a house and a kid to manage. Isn't that enough?

I always think even in the exhasuted depleted " 5 minutes Lunch" that I've made it. Part of my sucess is being part of this blog. Meeting people with positive attitude and positive thoughts made me more responsible and competitive than before. Being in a company that " lift me up"  to become a top producer is part of this succes too. Trainings. more trainings, news and materials are part of what Keyes professionals are entitled to.

What's  next? Well, today is Sunday and my son is waiting for me to share a lunch and a walk in the shopping mall... Have a relaxed week-end..... I need it too.
