What program are you using for your blog?  It looks pretty good and I've been looking for a program to do the same on my site.

Brian, I am using www.wordpress.org .  It's a Wordpress blog that we are hosting - the software for the blog is free.  You have more flexibility and option when using the Wordpress.org version vs. the www.Wordpress.com frree blog.   Jan

Thanks Jan for sharing this idea. I am in desperate need of agents - in our second office I am loosing business because we are spread way too thin. I have tried craigslist and other online means of recruiting.

I've been to the site - you've done an awesome job.
