   In today's era, it seems that customer service is doing a disappearing act. I read a blog this weekend from a Realtor that was telling a story of how to get your customer arrested. Now before you go off thinking that he got his customer arrested, read his post.

I have always stated the position that in today's market it is not the points and rates that is going to win you repeat business as a loan officer just as much as it is not reduced commissions that will win your customers on the Realtor side. No! What will set you apart is your customer service skills.

I believe this wholeheartedly! I am my business: my integrity, my knowledge. I am my own advertisement. Which is not to say I don't market the traditional way, but who I am is just as important as my product.
