Basket Ball Fever/No sickness in RE market

Every one in the state is getting ready for the ACC Tournament to start this thursday. The real estate market will come to a halt from thursday to Sunday while everyone sits in front of their TV watching the games take place. I can remember when I was in High School the teachers would let us watch the games. This past week all sectors of the market have seen positive gains. Showings are up and listings are selling. But hopefully we will see some action in the market with the tournament taking place. You can rest assured, any oen house will have the games on.
