Hi Steve,

I hesitated to reply to your post. I figured you would be inundated with prospective buyers and wouldn't have the time to read member comments.

Oh oh oh, I got a buyer for ya. My cousin Bubba would just LOVE to have that beautiful complex. Just think of the potential. I didn't see any mention of a basement. Do it have a basement? What about handicaped accessibility? Is there room to drag the wheel chair up the stairs? Does Zoning allow for it to be used as a Bed & Breakfast for the not so rich & famous? Is there an HOA? What about a maximum tooth requirement for owners / renters? Most of Bubba's clan have limited number of teeth, so they should fit in just fine. Bubba has a catfish fishing farm in Eastern Kentucky, do you think we could do a 1031 exchange?

hhhhmmm, Just noticed that you be from Lebanon, TN. I bet this beauty is located by the old Walmart site across town from that New Walmart. If it were by the new Walmart, it might of brought more value.

Sean,

Does it have a basement? Do you have a shovel?

The 1031 might work; would Bubba throw in a case of PBR?

Thanks for sharing. This picture is worth TEN thousand words. Being a product of Kentucky, I can only shake my head and say I'm sure this is a real photo, not some patched-up, touched-up airbrushed "photo" created from someone's imagination.

hhhmmm, Steve ... that case of Pabstmight be a deal killer. I had a buddy in Kentucky who liked PBR so much that he had their emblem tatooed on his right arm..... A true redneck.
