Uniquely, I am a Real Estate Broker, Investor & Developer since 1985, I've been on every side of most transactions imaginable over the past 28 years. In that time, to procure my own investments I became a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, RETC. I oversee each service professional's responsibilities, from the Mortgage Broker or Banker, Engineer's Inspection, Real Estate Attorney and Title Company to ensure a smooth transaction. I know how to Buy & Sell Real Estate and can advise my client's with a complete understanding of their specific needs and wants. I offer this invaluable area of expertise to all of my clients.
