If you use Craigslist and have found a FSBO listing here is a real time case where I have contacted the potential client for their contact info.I am sending them information on how to sell their home http://www.etobicokehomes4sale.com/For-Sale-By-Owner-FSBO-Help.htm and will provide a step by step blogposting on what may be a successful or not attempt for a new listing. Odds on rejection are strong but we have a lot of buyers , leads and information that can help this be a good learning experience.

To date the Owner has replied that his home is about to be put on market and he will be updating his Craigslist listing. A dialogue is opened when I get more info I will post. thanks for the inquiry?
