Advantage Inspection is the Preferred Vending Partner of Lowe's Home Improvement Inc.

Home Inspector with Advantage Inspection Clear View

Advantage Inspection is only home inspection company chosen to be a Preferred Vendor Partner of Lowe's Home Improvement, Inc. which means all of our customers ordering a home inspection recieve a 10% coupon for Lowes Home Improvement Inc.

This is important because people buying or selling a home spend anywhere from $3000-$5000 renovating a home for sale, or updating it to move in.

This amounts to a potential savings of up to $500 for the home inspection customer, EQUALLING OR WORTH MORE THAN THE INITIAL COST OF THE HOME INSPECTION.

And better than that, if a buyer has the inspection, both the buyer and the seller get the coupon. If the seller gets the inspection, both the buyer and seller get the coupon.

I am so excited to be a part of this company !

I hope to bring you more news in the next few weeks about new things Advantage Inspection is doing to add value to our products and help our clients.

How did Advantage get into the preferred partner program. Is it something that you have to qualify for or do you pay to be in the program?

Advantage Inspection Clear View - Greensboro, NC

Hello Rick,

I'm glad you asked me.

The affiliation with Lowe's is not something that Advantage Inspection pays for.  It is based upon the hard work of one of the principle people in our organization, Sonya Skidmore, in garnering partnerships with nationally known companies ( like Lowes ) whose business overlaps that of the inspection industry.

Lowe's was impressed by our unique approach to the inspection industry and our nationwide ambitions, as well as our unique reporting system and found it advantageous to be associated with our company, and referr our services and products to their customers. We, of course, wanted to offer something more to our customers, and so the affiliation made sense to all involved.

I think affiliations, such as the one we have with Lowes, would be beyond the grasp of the typical home inspection operation. It is a dance of equals, or nearly so, as we are not nationwide as of yet.

However, you can be a part of our nationwide expansion if you feel that the benefits of powerful co-branding affiliations, progressive reporting system, the support of all the Advantage Inspection family and the numerous other things that make us unique would help you to gain market share in your locality.

Sonja Skidmore would be the person to speak to regarding opening a local Advantage Inspection Franchise.

Give me a call for more information, and let me get you in touch with Sonya if you find Advantage Inspection is a good direction for you.  I can tell you Rick, I have had my own buisness for almost 16 years, and as an independent contractor (inspector) connected to a progressive, supportive organization like this, it makes transitioning to this new career that much easier.

But the company is going places Rick, and I just got back from convention and have things I am not at liberty to share now that is going to put this company on the map !

Give me a call.    (336)-327-5523

By the way, I just checked out your website. Looks like a wonderful place to live.  I can also tell by your initial question that you are a person who is intent on success in your buisness. There have been numerous inspectors who bought Advantage Inspection franchises, though they were already well established, because they saw it was going to not only take them to the next level, but become a more valuable commodity in that they could sell the franchise one day, after they had built it up, and retire. They felt like apart from Advantage, they could not have done that.
