Danny this is a really great informational piece about Peachtree City.  I am honored that you included me in it.  I moved here 9 years ago, lived one year in Moreland and then moved and worked in Peachtree City for 2 years, then built my home in Moreland and have lived here ever since.  I love the concept of the little villages they are really fun and the entertainment and educational benefits of this town are awesome.  Great post Danny!

Danny - Peachtree City sounds like a really nice little city.  I find it interesting that the city councel limited the population allowed to live there.  I guess that is what keeps Peachtree City a "hometown feeling".

Linda, I learned alot doing this post.

Candy, if I understood it correctly, they never wanted for it to be overgrown.

Debbie, there are a ton more cities to do.

Good feature on this great Atlanta suburb! Many people choose to live outside the city but still want the accessibility of the city. Good highlight here of how this suburban/urban interaction works.

Danny ~ First I apologize, I have been MIA in AR for the past week, tweaking some exciting things that will be announced soon. Second, what a great article! Peachtree City has sidewalks going all around town, but for golf carts.  You drive through town and you see all these golf carts going around, pretty cool.  It is a great community and some very famous people live or have lived in the area.

Chris is involved in a lot of projects in Peachtree City as a certified commercial real estate appraiser.  The town is expanding and causing need for some road widenings, etc.  In most cases, he represents the property owner.  This is another benefit I have, as some of the property owners will be selling and because of the connection, I will be spending a lot of time there.

If you ever want to take an afternoon drive, it is a cool place to go and see!

Linda, congrats on the highlight, I have no doubt that you will serve the community well. Go get 'em, Peachtree City is a fantastic market!

Brande, since you mentioned the sidewalks, there is 90 miles of them. And they are just for the golf carts, lol.
