PRECIOUS METAL THIEF'S ARE STEALING DETROIT BLIND

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Urban Development Solutions Group. L.L.C.

If you live in the city of Detroit you know all too well about what the scrap metal thieves have done to the city landscape. From ripping the siding off homes to taking the copper from high-rise buildings they work in broad daylight to get their prize. With loose regulation and the price of scrap metal up, scrap yards in the Metro Detroit area have seen booming profits. Scrap yards are supposed to only buy from licensed dealers. But most times they buy from anyone. With the scrap yards buying metal from anyone has only turned this problem into a nightmare for the residents of Detroit.

To fix this problem the scrap yards need more regulation. They should only be able to purchase scrap metal from licensed professionals. Not every guy in town with a pickup truck and a ladder.

Salvatore Delisi is the principal owner of Urban Development Solutions Group, L.L.C.. His company offers $250.00 Land Contracts to buyers with a $1000.00 down. 8.75% fixed rates. Terms of 5 and 10 year loans.

They should also take a photo of the seller and demand ID IMHO, and keep both on record.  Detroit doesn't need this.  Neither does anyone else.

I read somewhere that there are more murders in Detroit each year then we have solders killed in Iraq.  Is that true?
