It is amazing how the slow market is once again beginning to show some recovery, some realtors are seeing a lot of buyers showing up at open houses and even making offers above the asking prices. I believe that once this weather gets warm again especialy into the spring we will see a surge of buyers coming back into the market and it will probably open up the bidding wars again because it will be as a result of demand.
Buyers maybe be miscalculating right now by not being aggrassive in finding a home now that meets their needs while the supply is there with many homes in the market for more than 100 to 267 days in the market while interest rates are still moderately low.
My prediction is that the real estate market is going to recover this year and some buyers will be left out and say i should have bought but i kept thinking it would come down some more, the market has levelled off and that means sellers and buyers gonna have to make the deals at these prevailing prices right now.
