This is an AWESOME Idea Terry - to post the SOLDS out there onto to Internet - to show people properties are selling!!! If imitation is the highest form of flattery - I just may imitate your lead here - can you imagine if everyone on AR posted their SOLDS just like they do their Just Listed it may make consumers more confident to get back in the market & look!!
Hi Grace --yes, yes, yes! I say post away all the SOLDS. Let's rock the AR world! What would you say about receiving 7 offers on 7 properties in one day? More later after the shock wears off and I can evaluate the whole thing!
That's awesome Terry - but then again RENO is a much more sought after market place than NW IN - but even here we are seeing people come out of the woodwork looking for deals :) Great job - keep gooing - I'd like to rub shoulders with you for good luck LOL
