The Dip

For those of you looking for a fun and easy read, I just finished the book by Seth Godin called "The Dip".  It was recommended to me by another agent who is going through a tough time in the real estate market.  It is a quick read about knowing when to quit and when to stick with something.  I think it can apply to just about everyone that has been in the real estate business for a few years or more.  It really had some good points about when times are tough if you should continue to struggle through or just simply give up.  Seth Godin points out that quiting isn't a four letter word and in fact it can sometimes be better than struggling through something when there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
