Did you know according to NAR statistics 2005 44% of buyers and seller's come from our sphere of influence.  It makes sense to me to spend a portion of my marketing dollars on them.

Valentine's Day is the perfect time to let someone know just how much you really care.  In our business, we encounter people going through ever changing events which cause them to buy or sell real estate.  We build rapport, we share stories, heck some of us build long lasting relationships with many of our customers that continue throughout our lifetime, afterall that is the plan to have "customers for life."  But most of the time it goes beyond that, feelings get involved and we care, its bigger and goes beyond the sphere of influence, its true and honest and it's beautiful "A Geniune Friendship" emerges. 

If you haven't done so already, send your sphere a Valentine, for some it's a hard and lonely time.  Widow's, divorce and the single, think of them.  Believe me they do not view the holiday as many do. Remember  those whose spouse or child are fighting for our country!   This is not an easy time for them either.  It's all about Perception and not your own!!!  

 You may think someone has it going on, or they are so lucky but the truth is people go through many things in life every day, sometimes bigger than what you and I could ever imagine!!!!  Some share and some choose not to.  We don't really know.  Whatever the case may be, make an impact, transform lives and be that Valentine for someone who really needs it!!!  Believe me the joy and happiness we are capable of sharing is huge and impactful, pay it forward!!!  It always comes back to you!!!!
