You think your lender is bad?

I'm sure every home owner at one time or another has had a lender that they really disliked. That definitely is the case for us. But nothing will prepare you for what this lender has done to its clients. Just what the mortgage industry needed, another black eye. Take a look at this video.

I'd love to hear what the loan officers here have to say about it. -Charles

Yikes!

That is not good news for lenders. I would hope that it's an isolated incident.

WOW!!! How tough would it have been to just shred that paperwork. There are probably crooks going through that landfill right now looking for the rest of the papers thrown out.
