I can find the link for your Manhattan report for May last year up through January of this year. I can find the year one for 2006 but I can't find the link to the one for all of 2007.
Junction City?- I haven't been posting reports for Junction City. I will look into doing this though.
Michele- I don't have a report ready for posting for all of 2007 yet. I will post one within the next month. I will e-mail you one that I have ready in PDF
Byron- Sounds like you need to get to work on updating the manhattan market reports. I sitll don't see one for the whole year of 2007 or Febuary's yet. Get on the ball! :)
George- There were several sitting empty over winter. Often times builders finish the exteriors of several homes before winter and spend the winter months finishing the interiors. Now that it is the beginning of spring, we are seeing alot of more of these homes selling.
Kelvi- The new sold home market reports are coming soon. They will most likely always be about a month behind to make sure that sold data has been updated to the MLS. Sometimes listings shown as under contract or pending are actually sold for a couple weeks before the status has been changed by the listing agent/broker.
