Hey Susan,
I was thinking the same thing and asked a few banks about that when trying to give them solutions to short sales and REO. And I believe that it should be done seeing that as many realtors/buyers have seen the properties are in very bad shape to the point that buyers a scared. Hope this works out for you and again it's a great idea...
I want to be a mystery shopper. I already feel like one, I just don't have anyone to report the good things I see to.
Karen Anne -- you're right I guess I could be on a bagel but I've never heard that expression before! :-) Fixed the click here -- thanks for that -- it's what I get for blogging at 2:00 a.m.
Katrina -- now to find a way to offer my services to the banks -- there don't seem to be many checks and balances or account reps.
Dick -- oh yes, once you've been a mystery shopper - you only wish it was YOUR job the times you get great or terrible service
John - it's more that the it's obvious that the REALTOR is not servicing the client -- some REO properties are in bad shape - some are in worse shape when sold than recieved. it's not always the REALTORS fault -- but when the agents signs has fallen down or is hanging by one side, when sign calls come in and the agent won't show the property that is just WRONG on so many levels. Find someone to refer that call to.
Thomas - wow I work really really hard- and I'm bring tons of buyers into buy these REO properties - breaking into the REO market is the hard part - how did you do it?
Christina - I just gotta love your ever positive attitude- and you are right the need to point out the exceptional REO agents and the less than exceptional. There are several exceptional ones in our area. The ones that put everything into the listing. Thanks for the positive check.
