Success is different to each of us. To some it is money, power, family, time, flexibility, charity, etc... Whatever it is, we have to have the drive and determination to get there. Others cannot motivate us to do something we really don't want to, unless they have a gun to our head; but they can inspire us and give us examples on what works and what doesn't.
