Education is important in Real Estate Auctions

To have a great real estate auction, you need top level performers, auctioneers who are experienced and are willing to work hard to bring the client the top dollar amount at a real estate auction event. As a client it is important to research the real estate auction company and the auction coordinator that you are interested in working with. One of the most important designations an auction coordinator can have and should have is the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute), this certifies that the ethical, educational and experiential standards were met and should be taken into consideration when looking to work with an auctioneer. It is of up-most importance that professionals in our field continue their ongoing education and look to improve on traditional methods of sale. One of the most recent and improved fields of education is online marketing and online cooperation, that have come to play a key role in today's market of selling real estate property. I would advise to make sure that the auction coordinator you are interested in cooperating with has the needed and appropriate designations in order to have a well rounded and successful real estate auction.

Many people are interested in real estate auctions, but may not know or understand the auction business and how to participate in real estate auctions. By posting definitions and examples I hope to give a better understanding of real estate auctions terms. These terms are direct definitions given by NAA (National Auctioneers Association).
