Hernando County Tourism Office opens in Weeki Wachee, Florida

The newest Hernando County Tourism office is now located in Weeki Wachee inside the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.  Today, I had the opportunity to visit with the staff of the Hernando County Tourism Bureau for the official ribbon cutting ceremony with the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce.

This Hernando County visitor information center is located in a beautiful and very visible location for visitors of the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park who have an opportunity to learn about everything that Hernando County has to offer.

Weeki Wachee Springs State Park has long been a popular attraction with visitors and residents alike,  so today's ribbon cutting was well attended.  Although the park is worth a visit anytime, those who want to stop into the tourist information office only will receive an access pass at the attraction's gate.

Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is located at 6131 Commercial Way (intersection of US 19 and Hwy 50), Weeki Wachee, Florida.
