In any profession or retail environment whether it be online, in person or bricks and mortar, if you say you are going to do something or that something can be done if you are hired to do it...well get to it or get out of town! People want what their money can buy
OPTIMISM GOES SO FAR
I remember people who were unemployed applying for jobs... any jobs and during the interview process when asked if they could perform the necessary duties would respond that they could do anything when called upon. WRONG ANSWER. What can you do, would do and how well do you do it is what they want to hear specifically. The position in question needed someone that when called upon can perform specifically and not someone who hoped for the best. Sometimes your best is just not good enough. A result is required
WILL PAY FOR WHAT HE WANTS
People with money look for what it can buy and who can help them buy it. When Michael Jackson used to go retail shopping, he required the store be closed while he shopped all to himself. If the manager didn't agree to that, he would lose $50k-$1million that night while Jackson went elsewhere. Instead, he readily agreed and Jackson brought several friends with him too. He wants what his money can buy. Who doesn't?
DISNEY DELIVERS VALUE FOR MONEY SPENT
Disney gets requests from the wealthy and powerful frequently and they have tours that are designed to give a hands on, no waiting, behind the scenes experience on all Disney has to offer. Money is no object but instead the experience and outcome is. They will even let celebrities rent DISNEYLAND at night for special occasions too. People with money look for places and people to spend it on. Disney says...we can do that
REAL ESTATE SERVICES
When you are engaged to either help someone sell, invest or buy Real Estate, are you prepared to deliver to the ones that hired you FULL SERVICE and results? To assist all those that inquire as well?
