Kathleen, every time I meet a buyer and he says he wants to go BOA, I cringe. I do my best to talk them into someone else. I would have done the same thing you did. Who has patience for that?

Kathleen just one more reason to show how absolutley insane B or A and many other banks short sale process is to deal with.  One day soon there will be fewer and fewer short sales, the banks will fire the staff that handles them because they don't need them anymore and then guess what they'll be doing?  Selling Real Estate!!!!

Bank of America really needs to get their act together.   Unfortunately, they have gone from one of the best banks to one of the worst banks to work with in real estate.   HaHaHaHa on the title....

They would approve a short sale they were funding because there were conditions on the short sale approval letter (from another bank)....ah duh....they didn't want the seller to walk away with any of their proceeds.

Just the phrase "Bank of America" makes me laugh out loud.  They just take three steps forward and five steps back, don't they?

Kathleen - I LOVE this  -only team members are allowed to call me!!!  Well, good luck getting those calls and I doubt this is going to stop the Happy police. 

The system is broken and we are not going to do nothing about it but vote back in our problem. The government agency that listens to our calls and emails, mostly hit on women and I wonder why. They are private agencies hired by a corrupt government. It will only get worse.

That's why I do not do business or short sales with Bank of America. Their social media team is a joke!! I wouldn't be surprised if they are tracking our emails and phone calls; they are certainly tracking our social media posts. It's too bad they like negative attention because they sure get a lot of it. Grow up Bank of America.

BOA is too big for it britches by a lot of people's standards it seems. Here's to making things go better in the future months!

Oh my -- just don't get me started.  I had a run in with B of A when I was in college many years ago when I applied for a job. I take the 5th.

Kathleen you were wise to hit the red "end call" button rather than waste more time with these people.

We feel your pain....and the frustration....especially when THEY call you...obviously they have identified you as authoriized before they pick up the phone....that is the bank version of "security."

Kathleen, everytime I list a Short Sale and they have Bank of America, I cringe as I know what to expect. Be it social media team, legal team or customer service team, they MUST play by the rules or there are consequences for their actions if one decides to pursue.

Kathleen,  why would their social media people want to reach out?  Is it to get transaction feedback?

I love you the way you handled that call. Some days there's just not enough energy to deal with stupidity.
