Come to downtown Aiken for this wonderful annual event - this year makes 37 times! A two day craft festival - get your holiday shopping done early! Handmade craft exhibits (over 180 crafters!), great food vendors (over 40 food vendors will be on hand!), and live entertainment to please the crowds.
The set up has changed a little bit over the past few years, but it is still just as good, some say it is even better. I liked it when it was held in the parkways and you strolled along under the trees etc... but others said that the tree roots made it hard to navigate with a baby stroller in tow..so - to each their own. Now with the recent rain water run off controlling measures added to the parkways - the vendors have to set up in the street, which is perfectly fine since the streets are shut down for the event anyway.
Come on down and check it out! It's amazing at what some people can make - so talented :)
