Cherrywood is a very desirable subdivision located in the suburban town of Olney, MD 20832. Olney is located approximately twenty miles north of Washington, DC in Montgomery County. Most of the homes in the Cherrywood community were built in the 1980’s. This lovely neighborhood offers a mix of detached homes of primarily colonial style along with some split foyers and split levels, as well as, some clusters of townhomes.

Easy Commute: The Intercounty Connector is minutes away from the Cherrywood community with a connection on Georgia Avenue (Rt. 97), making travel to Washington, D.C., Bethesda, and Baltimore extremely efficient.
