PA Show Venues Gear Up For Fall Competition

Eastern Pennsylvania is a great place for horse shows! As the summer comes to an end, some of PA's best show venues are hosting some exciting competitions.

Ludwig's Corner in Chester County is celebrating it's 70th year at the 2013 Horse Show and Country Fair. This Labor Day weekend, hunters, jumpers, and equitation riders will go head-to-head, and spectators will enjoy rides, games, food, and shopping at the Country Fair.

The nearby Devon Horse Show grounds will feature four days of exciting show jumping from September 12-15 during the Devon Fall Classic.

Come September 24, Devon switches gears for Dressage at Devon; a dressage competition featuring both performance and breed-specific classes.

In October the action moves indoors for the 2013 Pennsylvania National Horse Show in Harrisburg. This huge event is a year-end goal for many PA hunter/jumper riders, and also showcases lots of fun special events for spectators.
