It's an interesting concept, isn't it...HOW MUCH IS YOUR BLOG WORTH...hmmmmmmmmmm It makes you wonder who sits back and thinks of these things. As you contemplate that concept here's another one. How much are you worth as a Realtor, a Lender, A Stager, a Person. Is anyone really able to come up with a figure that is associated with your worth?

Commissions for Realtorshas been discussed to death. There are those who charge very little because they work on a quantity basis. The more they have the less money it takes to run their business which effects their bottom line. How good the service is, is of course a different issue. And those who work for themselves, sometimes have less of an overhead and of course do not have to share a percentage with their Broker so they are able to charge less. As you continue to cut your commissions are you then cutting your worth? Hmmmmmm... interesting thought and one that should give you pause for thought.

The new employee in a firm is typically hired at a lesser rate than the employee that has been with the company for a long period of time or has a background of experience from other companies.  It would appear that experience benefits not only the employee but also the employer. One would think that this same scenario would be relevant in the Real Estate arena. What is your experience worth?

sorry to say but the link on the value of a Blog seems to have disappeared and replaced with others - sorry I missed it.

As far as our worth, I think a lot of it has to do with our own perception of our worth.
