Feeling a little blue lately.
..although I have fairly good production, I feel like I still have a way to go.
So I checked our MLS to see how the others were doing.
I was fascinated with what I found in terms of sales volume from January 2103 to August 2013 (and the month isn't over yet)
- There are 9,157 agents (!) on the our local MLS roster
- Total sales amounted to 41,873 transactions
- Totals sales volume is worth $10,632,978,782
- The highest number of sales by an in-area agent/team is 102 transactions worth $82,429,682.
- The lowest number of sales is 1 sale, worth $795.
The information made me feel both good and bad
Bad because I need to crank up my sales -- but hey, the year isn't over yet
Good because I am doing a heck of a lot better than 85% of the agents.
Knowing this is filling me with new resolve...I am on a quest to get my mojo back.
