You outline the criteria, such as cities, school district, size of home, attached/detached, pool/no pool etc. You can get very detailed if you want to, such as single story only. However you can also make it a little more general and see what results show up.
Once you sign up, you can view the properties, save the ones you like, and even send me a note if their is more information that you need that does not show up. For example does the property back up to a busy street? Or, is there an elementary school within walking distance.
One of the most important jobs I do as your Realtor, is introduce you to the community. When buying a home, you are investing in a lifestyle that will affect you and your family for years to come. I can make appointments with the local school administrator, locate the closest houses of worship, and provide you with lists of local activities, restaurants and entertainment. I can even tell you where the closest dog park is located! I also maintain a list of reputable service contacts, in case you should need a plumber, gardener, or handyman.
