Last week our home buyers visited their new home to show off to their daughter-in-law, after entering the foyer they continued their conversation to the hall where two additional bedroom and a full bath are situated. Noticing the bathroom light was on under the door, their daughter in law knocked and no answer. She entered and nobody? she proceeded to open the linen closet and there stood a construction workers who spoke no English and zipped out of their home. Our buyers were shocked that this happened and not being happy complained to the construction foreman who assured our buyers at yesterdays walk through that they had replaced the toilet which I find hard to believe but at least they made an effort to calm my clients. Overall the experience with La Conterra has been a good one and I will be closing their daughter in law and son and their new baby in November one street over.
