There was a lot of drama with this deal, I could write a book:) Last minute need to do a 1031 exchange, need the check to be split into two since there was a silent seller...then there was an issue about the LLC Documents and the name of the seller....I could go on and on.
Needless to say the Wine Stores appreciated the drama, my wine consuption increased 100%:))
