According to the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors home sales are up in the Lowcountry, despite a tumbling housing market throughout the country.

In January, 579 homes were sold and in February, that number rose to over 600. What great news for our local buyers and sellers. It is great to see that the public is starting to ignore the media hype.

How are things in your area? We would love to hear from you. Thanks

I think serious buyers are finally starting to realize that the deals are out there and with interest rates attempting to climb, that they better get out there and buy now or it could be too late!

Todd: You are so right.  Interest rates are great right now, so buyers should be pretty serious before they start to rise again.  Thanks for the comment :)
