The Sixth Annual Wine & Tapas Event is coming up in October. “Imagine the Possibilities” is the theme this year and appropriately so. The net proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Bellaire’s Evelyn’s Park. And, we have all started imagining the possibilities, as the designs are now prominently displayed on the property.
The is event will happen on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the site of Evelyn’s Park at Newcastle and Bellaire Boulevard, 4400 Bellaire Boulevard, from 6 to 10pm. Dress is casual chic and everyone is encouraged to wear comfortable shoes to navigate the undeveloped park grounds. Tickets are $100 per person through September 30th. On October 1st, the ticket price goes up to $125 per person. They will offer free valet parking and the event goes on rain or shine, no refunds.
In addition to great wine and tapas, live music will be included in the entertainment and Bellaire resident, Roseann Rogers, will emcee. The entertainment is also expected to include big board, silent and live auctions. Part of the auction will provide the chance to purchase of trees to be planted in the park.
