Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for everything to get posted into our MLS so I'm not going to be doing the full market report for a while.
But here's just a snapshot of what has been posted so far. But as we are in a holiday weekend perhaps some next to the last day of the month late afternoon closing may have occured that won't get posted until next week I expect we might end up with more than 18 waterfront closings on homes on Lake Sinclair.
I was excited to see that we've had some upper end things selling and finally some buyers who are just looking for foreclosures, which there seem to be very few of on the water these days. And when we do get one it generally goes fast.
