About once a year, I like to write about the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry. In fact, I'm writing this year to note that Lifestyle Magazine, in their best of Haymarket winners,just named the Pantry, the Favorite Charitable Organization. This of course is truly an honor and speaks to the hard work and dedication of the Leadership, Community Volunteers and those who contribute both through finance and the giving of food donations.
The Pantry has a passion to rid the community of Haymarket and surrounding areas of hunger. They are always in need of donations and volunteers. The best way to find out how you can get involved is to visit their website that I highlighted above. The website will share the many opportunities for those who want to lend a helping hand.
Did I mention, that this is the second year the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry Voted Favorite Charitable Organization have received this honor.
