If you live in the Crofton/Gambrills area, you have probably seen the construction going on off Riedel Road between the neighborhoods of Crofton Valley and Briarleigh. This is the neighborhood that was formerly referred to as Enclave at Riedel Pond which has been renamed to Wilson’s Grove. The builder has begun clearing out some of the vegetation to put in the road that will take you back into the neighborhood. We originally blogged about this neighborhood when it was still called Enclave at Riedel Pond. Last week we met with the builder in Northern Virginia to get more information about what they are planning for the neighborhood. Wilson’s Grove will be a neighborhood full of features and amenities including a pool, walking trails and playground.
They have been out scouting the neighborhoods around Crofton and are finalizing their plans as far as which models they are going to offer and what incentives they will be offering initially.
The neighborhood will consist of 182 single family homes and they will be showcasing their Heritage and Arista collections.
The home below, the Waverly model, is the entry level pricepoint for the neighborhood, about 2589-4780 square feet for the upper two levels, 2 car garage, and full unfinished basement. They are going to offer beautiful, upscale open floorplan models with competitive pricing. It sounds as if the features and amenities are going to rival existing homes in the area.
What the builder has asked us to do is begin gathering a list of people who are interested in pre-viewing the plans and models. The sales trailer won’t be on site until late-November but we will have more information very soon that we can provide for potential buyers. They are setting up for pre-sales and expect the earliest homes to be ready for delivery in Spring 2014! This is really exciting and is the largest new home development we’ve had built in the Crofton/Gambrills area for quite some time! The zipcode is actually Gambrills, but for those of you that are familiar with the area, most people refer to it as Crofton.
