Charlottesville Tour - My Favorite Thing (part 2)

I have not been blogging for a few days as the tours of Charlottesville are continuing.

Saturday: I was out with friends showing land

Sunday: in the afternoon I was out with first-time homebuyers. This was a great day, I really love to work with FT Buyers and it reminds me of why I do what I do. Really nice young couple.

Monday: I went out showing homes from Scottsville to Mill Creek area with a really nice couple who are going to be relocating from the southern part of Virginia.

Tuesday: I got together with a nice couple who I met almost 2 years ago and we started to target some areas that will work for them, they are retiring to our area. We saw some great homes and will continue this week.

What a week! Oh ya, I also had an open house at my listing in Still Meadow on Tuesday and wrote (and ratified) 2 contracts on Sunday.

Maybe things will slow a little and I can add to my blog. I am not really complaining, just miss the action on my blog!

Charles, I can't think of a better reason to not blog, than being too busy selling real estate!!! Way to go!!

We can let you slide if you have a good reason for not blogging so much! LOL Glad you are staying busy and your market is positive. Keep up the good work!

Charles - WOW you one busy REALTOR! Wish I was half as busy as you've been! Business sounds great there.

Charles, I'm in the same boat (though I did take 3 days off for a working trip to Mexico). Open house on Sunday with 16 groups through. Ratified a contract tonight at 10:30 pm. Out with buyers earlier in the day. Out with buyers tomorrow and meeting a new buyer on Thursday. Next week is just about as booked with buyers as well. Someone opened up the flood gates :-)
